Daily Rink Usage

Does your facility's daily rink schedule look something like this and is this considered a satisfactory schedule?
Obviously this question could be answered with "it depends upon the season and day of the week", but if this represents an average weekday throughout the year, then it appears there are about eight hours of unrented ice.
